The stewards receive and report information at the workshop using QR Codes on [[Tool Tags]] on the machines.

These tools tags can be found on all machines at Asmbly.  These provide a direct link to the machine's wiki page for information about the equipment (green QR code) as well as a link to the form to report a problem (red QR code, same for all machines), and a link to the maintenance log (yellow QR code, same for all machines, used by shop stewards only).
