Asmbly has two Laguna Revo 12|16 variable-speed midi wood lathes that we fondly call "Bert" and "Ernie".  The first number in the name represents the "swing" or largest diameter your workpiece can be, while the second number represents the distance between centers or maximum length your workpiece can be.  In other words, Bert and Ernie can accommodate 12" wide by 16" long stock material.

The first number in the name represents the "swing" or largest diameter your workpiece can be, while the second number represents the distance between centers or maximum length your workpiece can be. An extension bed was donated and installed on Ernie (far right lathe) which allows this lathe to now accommodate 22.5" length material.
